First checks
If clicking a token pack or subscription does not open PayPal, refresh the page and try again from the Pricing page. Make sure you are signed in and that your browser is not blocking redirects or pop-ups from moonoo.ai or PayPal.
Use a full page navigation
Checkout should open as a full navigation flow, not as a background action. If nothing happens, try opening the package link in a new tab. On mobile, make sure your browser allows external payment pages.
Payment failure
If PayPal opens but the payment fails, check your PayPal funding source, billing country, and account status. Some failures are returned directly by PayPal and cannot be fixed inside moonoo.ai.
Open a ticket
If the problem continues, open a ticket and include the package name, browser, device, screenshot, and exact time. This helps support check the checkout logs and payment records.
